Dividing the nave from the chancel is a carved wood (cross) screen probably placed here in 1666 during the reconstruction of the whole building.

It is believed that the screen was removed from the private chapel of a neighbouring hall.

It is worth noting the tiny heads carved on the screen which probably depict the woodcarver and his family.
